Hi,
I'm Bill Kleinfelder and welcome to my Smugmug page. Wildlife Photography is my favorite, but I enjoy taking photos of just about anything.
Hope you enjoy the photos I have posted here as much as I enjoyed taking them. If you see one that you like, please give it the "thumbs up." Montana Red Rock Lake NWR (Elk Lake Lodge) : These photos are from Red Rock Lakes National Wildlife Refuge located in Montana. Red Rock Lakes is surrounded by the rugged Centennial Mountains, rising more than 9,000 feet above the Centennial Valley wetlands. This Refuge is extremely remote, but provides dramatic backdrops and is home to many species of birds and other wildlife. Located in the Refuge is Elk Lake Resort, which I would highly recommend. Some of the best birding/photography opportunities that I've seen are in walking distance from the lodge. Craig & Lerrina Collins were our hosts and made us feel like family. Their knowledge of the area was excellent and the food…well that was amazing! http://www.elklakeresortmontana.com/index.htm
