During the day these Burrowing owls are usually not very active, but add a heavy downpour and they really get active. To get the rain to blur I used a shutter speed of 1/125. On top of the slow shutter, I was also hand holding, so I could be more mobile. I deleted 95% of the photos, but it only takes a couple like this to make me happy!
